Visual Inspection + Verbal Consultation

In-person visual review of the stated tree concern with verbal observations and recommendations. No written opinion or report is included.

Letter Report

Abbreviated signed report delivered by email, generally suited to a clearly defined issue that does not require extensive supporting material. May include background, observations, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations as appropriate.

Tree Risk Assessment + Form Report

Visual assessment of one accessible tree with standardized signed documentation of relevant tree and site information, observations, conclusions, and risk-related recommendations. Advanced diagnostics are not included unless separately authorized.

Comprehensive Booklet Report

Detailed professional report for assignments requiring substantial analysis and documentation. May include background, observations, analysis, conclusions, recommendations, supporting material, assumptions and limitations, photographs, and signed certification.

Multiple-Tree / Larger Property Report

Property-level assessment for assignments involving numerous trees or expanded documentation. Scope is based on tree count, site complexity, requested analysis, and required deliverables.

Expert / Litigation Consulting

Technical case review, attorney consultation, professional opinions, and litigation support, including depositions, hearings, and testimony when required.
